Analysis of common failures of low-speed centrifuges:
After the low-speed centrifuge is switched on by the power supply, its control panel will show normal, and its cooling fan will work normally. When the start key is pressed, the intermediate relay will work, but the centrifuge will not work.
According to the fault phenomenon analysis, the power supply and control part should be normal, and the fault should be in the control board to the motor line, carbon brush and motor.
Open the centrifuge, use the multimeter to measure the line conduction from the control board to the carbon brush, and then measure the non-conduction when the carbon brush reaches the motor rotor. Carefully observe the bad contact between the carbon brush and the motor rotor. Remove the carbon brush and find that the use time is too long and too short.
Replace new carbon brush and troubleshoot.
This kind of fault is a common fault of the centrifuge, to replace the carbon brush regularly, so as to avoid the above faults.

Open the centrifuge, use the multimeter to measure the circuit conduction from the control board to the carbon brush, and then measure the carbon brush to the motor rotor. The measured motor coil is normal.
After starting up, the multi-meter is used to measure the non-voltage output of the conductor from the control board to the motor, and it can be judged that the fault should be on the control board, in which the intermediate relay does not work, and the fault should be eliminated one by one on the control circuit of the control relay. It is found that the C9013 audion on the control board is broken down, and the new C9013 audion is worse, and the fault can be eliminated.
